anxiously awaiting …

February 28th, 2009 , Posted in massachusetts maternity photographer

I had the pleasure of meeting the most beautiful and sweetest mother-to-be today.  Kierstin (and her husband Chris!) are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their blessing Nicholas!  With just 5 weeks left (can you believe she looks this amazing with only 5 weeks left!?!!) we were able to capture some of the precious time while Nicholas is growing big and strong baking in the oven!

How awesome is this!  One of Kierstin’s friends had this made – its the little man on there! (apple is a nickname!)

Kierstin had her ‘wing-man’ sister up to share in the memories.. Aren’t they so beautiful!! With genes like that, Nicholas is going to be one with the ladies :)  What an adoring aunt!  I was just saying to these two that I don’t typically show both black and white and color of many images  - its usually one or the other… well this one was too tough to pick – so here is both! :)

Because I knew how much Kierstin wanted to have Chris share in ‘the belly shot!’ I had to put it up in the sneak peak! And because I couldn’t decide which image to sneak peak – here are both as well! :)

Can you hear the happiness jumping out of Kierstin’s heart!! What a glow she has, right!

Thank you so much for spending the afternoon with me – You guys were so much fun!  Kierstin, you look amazing and have such a warm soul I know you are going to be a wonderful Mom!  Chris, I hope it wasn’t too painful to participate :)  Much love to all of you.. Can’t wait to see you in a few weeks for Nicholas’ debut!!

sweet little lady..

Despite the fact that its the middle of winter – this little girls smile could warm your heart even on the coldest of days!  I had the pleasure of photographing this little munchkin and her beautiful Mom yesterday.  I love when my clients send me their friends – I really believe it is one of the greatest compliments I can receive!  You might remember the little ‘wide-eyed wonder‘ face (see above) from last year – His mom and Brooke’s mom have been best friends since college!

Emily – I hope this makes you smile until the rest of your images are ready –  Wendy – thank you so much for sharing your friends with me – They, just like you, were wonderful!

I love her look of innocence.  Her angelic face and a gentle smile was just too precious!

And who can resist a game of chase!  Peaking around the corner, I caught this giggle…

And last but not least – a good old fashion game of Peek-A-Boo!  Do you think she just adores her Mom or what!?  I’d definitely say the feeling is mutual! :)

We’ll be in touch soon – It was so nice to meet you both – Thank you for opening your home to me!

Hugs,
Keri
